Have fun, enhance skills, and build community within your organization!
You and your colleagues will enjoy our interactive and engaging skills-building trainings. These sessions provide an opportunity to explore strategies for more effectively handling conflict as well as building communication skills that will help avoid conflicts from festering or escalating.

Avoid the costs of conflict!
Unresolved or ineffectively handled conflict causes stress for individuals and may damage the organization as a whole. The costs might include increased turnover, sick days, and general decrease in productivity. With a small investment in training, your organization can avoid the myriad of direct and indirect costs involved with conflict.

Create a culture of collaboration!
Communication skills needed for resolving conflict are the very same ones needed for effective collaborating. If your organization depends on people with different views and responsibilities functioning effectively together, these skills are indispensable. The problem is, we often think we are communicating and collaborating effectively, but we find out later that our best efforts did not have the intended impact.  Through training, your team members will gain a shared awareness, vocabulary, and strategy for avoiding these pitfalls.

Adelante Services customizes our trainings to meet the specific needs of your company, organization, board, or school. We offer trainings of various lengths to meet your time and budget constraints. We support trainings with a variety of other services such as coaching, mediation, facilitation, and dispute resolution system design.

NOTE: Due to the highly interactive and movement oriented nature of our training designs, usually group size must be limited to 20 participants. Accommodations for larger groups can be made, but this will effect the length of training, concepts covered, and cost.
