Marlo Goldstein is the lead trainer and founder of Adelante Services. She holds an MA in Intercultural Communications and has a background in international business, customer service, teaching/training, mediation, conflict coaching, and organizational development. She has worked throughout Latin America and Europe. She has provided training, facilitation, coaching, and mediation (in both Spanish and English) to a wide range of clients including university employees, HR professionals, staff of non-profits, government agencies, local business owners, and community members. Amanda Byron is a mediator, an educator, and an active community organizer in the fields of conflict resolution, violence prevention, and multicultural community development. Amanda brings over 15 years of experience working with diverse communities to heal trauma and transform conflict. She is particularly interested in the field of violence, understanding how and why it occurs, and forging new ideas on individual and collective responses. Amanda is currently a student in the Doctoral Program for Educational Leadership at Portland State as well as a faculty member of the Conflict Resolution department.

 


Lillian A. Tsai, born and raised in Sabah, Malaysia, is founder and President of TsaiComms, LLC, an intercultural communications consulting firm specializing in bridging the cultural gap between East and West.
Lillian founded TsaiComms in 2002 after a 25-year career in global high-tech marketing and corporate communications in the U.S. and in Stuttgart, Germany. In addition to winning various community service and business achievement awards, Ms. Tsai is a sought after public speaker and workshop facilitator on topics related to Asian marketing, Malaysian and Chinese culture, presentation skills, intercultural team building, and cultural competency.

 
Dr. Victor Chacon 
is a professional trainer and consultant on issues of diversity and cultural competence for businesses, schools, and health & human service agencies. He focuses on issues concerning communication, organizational development, and inclusion with a particular focus on Latinos in today's workforce and communities.
